We don't rebrand catalogues. Every MEQANICS machine starts from a power stage designed in-house, gets simulated, tested at full load and calibrated piece by piece before it ships.
Digital arc control
The DSP samples the arc thousands of times per second and corrects the current before the eye notices anything. Hot-start, arc-force and anti-stick are adjusted on screen, and MIG synergy picks the parameters for you from the material, gas and wire.
IGBT power stage
The IGBTs switch at high frequency with temperature-controlled forced cooling: the fan only spins when needed, less dust gets in, and the real duty cycle holds even at 40 °C. Generator-friendly and tolerant of site voltage drops.
One single platform
Compatible batteries across the power-tool range, shared consumables between machines and updatable firmware that adds features over the years. Fewer SKUs in the warehouse and a learning curve you only climb once.
